Cancellation policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made up to 24hrs (one day) prior to the booking. No refunds within the 24hr (one day) mark. No exceptions. Please note that as long as the classes can run and Konstant Yoga is able to provide the venue, and instructor, we accept no liability to replace a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather conditions or strike action.
If you are unable to attend a class within your course for any reason it is unlikely that Konstant Yoga will be able to offer an alternative session. If Konstant Yoga is able to offer an alternative session and you choose not to accept the alternative that is offered then you are NOT entitled to a refund. If you are aware that you will miss any sessions in advance of the start of a course; Konstant Yoga requests that you notify us at the time of booking and we will endeavor to provide an alternative session. Please be aware that Konstant Yoga is under no obligation to offer alternative or replacement sessions.
If a private lesson is missed within the package validation period, you must talk with your instructor in regards to making this class up. Konstant Yoga is under no obligation to offer extensions for these packages.
Purchase Policy
Accepted method of payment is through e-transfer, cash, or credit card. Konstant Yoga is not responsible for any discrepancies or payments that may occur due to either of these payment methods.
Before booking any classes with Konstant Yoga, clients should read these policies carefully. If clients are unable to agree with the policies, they must not book or attend the services offered by Konstant Yoga. If, however, the client agrees to the policies unconditionally, they may book and attend the services offered by Konstant Yoga subject always to these policies. Booking or attending Konstant Yoga lessons shall indicate the client’s acceptance of the policies.
Konstant Yoga may reserve the right to amend these policies at any time by posting the amended policies on the site. The version of the policies that applies to the services offered by Konstant Yoga shall always be the version enforced at the time the services offered by Konstant Yoga were booked and paid for.
Terms and conditions
In order to secure the studio and instructor payment has to be made up to 24hrs (one day) prior to the booking. Lessons can be booked individually or all at once for package options. All lessons are liable to instructor and studio availability.
Classes must be booked at the beginning of each course. Konstant Yoga is not responsible to ensure you are booking at the beginning of the course and will not be held liable if there was a mistake made in the booking. Any purchases made for courses that have already started will not be refunded to the number of lessons left in a course or package.
Private lessons are offered in packages of 5 (five) and 10 (ten) for your convenience. These packages are only valid for 3 (three) months for the package of 5 lessons and 6 (six) months for the package of 10 lessons. All lessons must be taken within three or six months after purchase.
Konstant Yoga will not offer any services during statutory holidays. Class count will resume the following week.
On some rare occasions it may be necessary to make alterations to the start date, time, teacher, or venue locations of courses in order to operate sessions effectively. All clients will be notified of any such changes as soon as it is reasonably possible. Any such changes shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the client the right to terminate the agreement.
If Konstant Yoga is required to change the venue for a particular class due to circumstances beyond our control then we ask you to be reasonable in accepting an alternative venue.
Konstant Yoga will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the venue shall be the venue indicated on the site or by the instructor. Where this is not possible, Konstant Yoga reserves the right to procure the use of other venue(s), provided that Konstant Yoga shall give you notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the client the right to terminate the agreement.
Return and refund
Until further notice the program offered by Konstant Yoga at Blueheel Dance Studios will run for a length of 10 (ten) weeks. Each purchased package must be used within the program length. No refunds or exchanges are offered for missed or not taken classes.
Once you have booked and paid for an event organized, sponsored, or advertised by Konstant Yoga, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
